X-Rays Found in Killer's Cabin

This movie came out in the late 70's or early 80's.
A group of older men go camping and all but one are hunted down and killed by a man whose cabin is found to be full of old X-Rays.
At the end of the movie, the last man alive is just sitting in the middle of the road.
