Zombie Baby Drinks Blood Instead of Milk

I saw a movie where a pregnant woman is in a car accident and loses the baby but it continues to live as a zombie.
The baby attracts flies and won't eat until one day mom realizes when the baby bites too hard and likes mom's blood that her little bundle of joy can drink that instead of milk. She ends up killing a neighbor and harvesting his blood for the baby.
What is this movie? It wasn't great, but it wasn't bad either. I cannot for the life of me remember what it is called. Anyone out there know?
