Zombie Breast Feeding

I once saw a zombie movie (Italian I think) where the woman had what appeared to be a grown son. He looked like kind of a midget. Anyway, she still breastfed him. In the course of the movie she and he and others were trapped in the house by zombies. He at one point turned into a zombie.

At the end of the movie he and the other zombies were closing in on her and the others. She got what I call the "stupid loved ones syndrome". When a loved one knows you are a zombie but their love is blind and they refuse to accept it. Well as he approaches he reaches for her breast and she lets him and he bites off her.... well you know the rest.

I hope you can remember the name of that movie if you know it.
