Zombie Digestion and Uber Zombies

Dear Zombie Master,

Do Zombies Fart?

Now at first my question looks stupid of course. But I want to know if zombies really digest all the people they eat. The zombies I've seen in movies never use cutlery, never chew a lot and always seem to try to choke their victim down as fast as they can.

So if their digestive track works... they would fart, and poop and be even repulsive then I thought.

Of course it would hint that zombies need the nutritions from their victims to survive.

So my question in a nuttshell :
Do zombies fart?

And...

Can a zombie starve to death?

(If you're willing to tell more alternative ways to kill the undead I'd be gratefull. For example, if you can strangle zombies ect.)

Question # 2:

Hi Zombie Master.

Earlier tonight or this morning I asked a question about the digestive tracks of zombies. No I have another one that has been bugging me a while.

In the game Resident Evil nemesis and the movie Resident Evil Apocalypse the same zombie walks around... a mysterious fella named nemesis.

Now this is not your ordinary zombie. He doesn't kill for food only, it hunts specific humans, talks a little ("stars.. roarr!!" ) and it uses weapons!!

Now you could say that in the movie he was being controlled by that evil Umbrella Corporation, so they might have given him the smarts to use weapons and maybe even solve crossword puzzles. But in the end of the movie he turns against the Umbrella staff and joins the Alice gang.

I've never shot as human or a zombie, but I think I could shoot zombies in case of an outbreak. But if the zombie is using 2 machine guns or a rocket launcher it would be a hell of a lot harder.

So, it would be good to know if zombies are able to use weapons in general, or under special circumstances, or only the super awesome bad ass uber zombies, or could all zombies evolve into gunwielding sumbitch?

Or... was nemesis just a freak of zombie nature?

That I am aware of, exhaustive studies have not been conducted into that region of the ecology of the zombie. I do not know if I would want to. I mean think about it, the odor alone would probably be lethal. Now, as far as nutrition is concerned, zombies do not need sustenance to survive so they cannot be starved to death.

Regarding you second question, "Nemesis" was created by the Umbrella corp. As far as I know, only one was created. As far as weapon wielding zombies, Romero himself introduced them in Land of the Dead but they did not turn up in Diary of the Dead so I believe that he saw the error of his ways. Not that I would presume to know what the "Great One" is thinking.
