'Evil Dead' demons

I may be ostracized for this but I really don't consider Evil Dead to be a "zombie" movie. I mean sure, they are undead, but not like most zombies I know. My theory is like a Catch 22 since voodoo/spells/incantations is where the zombies originated, but they seem more like demons to me in Evil Dead series, just possessing human dead. And the movie may be alright...?

Id totally go see it!

Although I think alot of Evil Dead/Campbell/Raimi fans would be way to overcritical of the acters playing Campbell and Raimi to enjoy it. Plus it sounds like the movie would involve remaking scenes from the orignal Evil Dead movies which again, fans would critisize and compare way too much!

I think your story is cool though. Being an ED fan I would def go see it but I think you should write a script and send it to Sam Raimi himself cuz I think it would be so badass for him to make the movie w/ the actual Bruce Campbell and stuff. Kinda like a "prequel" or a behind the scenes documentary! Actually thatd be really friggin cool! Plus youd get the writting credits if he goes for it!
