Zombie Film Remake Where Girl Escapes in Car Rolling Downhill

This is a remake of a 70's film, and starts out with this guy and girl who come to a graveyard.

The guy is killed right away by a zombie, but the girl runs back to the car and eventually survives by pulling the parking brake and letting the car roll down hill away from the zombie.

The girl then finds other survivors who board up a house and try to hide from the zombies.

In the end, one of the survivors finds a key and then somehow turns into a zombie.
