Zombie Government Conspiracy Project

Dear Master,

Great work on this site, a fascinating read through all sorts of zombie knowledge.

I wondered if you wouldn't mind helping me, I'm doing an illustration project where I'm reconstructing Public Service posters from the 20th Century (WWII propaganda and public health warnings and such) that the government has issued, but from the viewpoint that conspiracy theories suggested in horror and especially zombie films were actual events of history.

In a nutshell, a series of period posters warning people of the dangers of getting bitten, spreading diseases, not declaring turned relatives to the appropriate authorities and similar.
Also, I wish to have posters giving the contradictory message that everything is fine, and the relative who acted funny and then disappeared without trace is not to be worried about.

I wondered if you knew of any zombie films I could directly reference that feature the government doing shady experiments. I'm aware of C.H.U.D and Return of the Living Dead having Government themes, and I thought Re-animator would fit as it has scientists at a highly regarded institution experimenting with corpses, but I struggle to think of more.

I wondered if you could point me in the direction of any other zombie flicks rooted in government conspiracy.
