Zombie on Movie Screen Starts Apocalypse

As far as I can recall, the movie starts with a group of youngsters traveling and a girl gets a scratch on her finger without knowing it, and then they got lost.

As they are standing there talking, the blood on her finger drops to the ground, thus awakening the zombie below. It crawls out, kills all of them, and then... then the group who's watching the movie (yes, it was all in a movie) has to leave to go to the next room to party, but they make one grave mistake to not turn off the television.

The zombie in the movie after killing all the victims now looks for new ones, and it finds one, looks outside, and then crawls out of the television to the next room and kills everyone. A zombie outbreak starts.
