Zombie Sheep?

Zombie Lamb?
Zombie Master,
First I love the site and it has been become a companion in my quest to watch as many movies from the genre as possible. My question regards an earlier one concerning zombie animals.
The cult film Black Sheep from New Zealand, a horror comedy similar to Shaun Of The Dead features bloodthirsty sheep intent on eating any human in their way. Their bite passes the infection on, not just too other sheep, but humans as well, who when bitten become were-sheep. This fact and the means of eradicating the ovine menace means the movie has some of the main characteristics of a zombie flick, even if it all begins in a lab, 28 Days style.
Can the sheep in this movie be considered true Zombies or are they something entirely different? Your opinion concerning this somewhat bizarre movie would also be interesting.

Nate,
Black Sheep cannot be considered a zombie flick because there are no zombies in it. It is however a film based on lycanthropy. Think of it as genetically formulated were-sheep. Even if it was a unexpected side affect. I actually enjoyed Black Sheep. It had an original storyline with great follow-through. After all it was the Aussies that gave us Mad Max.
Good hunting and aim high,
The Zombie Master
