Zombies Attack Bus in 70's Film

I recall seeing a zombie or vampire movie in the 70's. Here are two scenes I clearly remember:
The first is a bus driving through dark woods. On board is the bus driver and a lone girl. The bus breaks down, and when the driver attempts to crank the engine, he is attacked by zombies.
The second is the girl killing her father, a zombie, with an axe.
