Zombies in Canadian Hotel

I watched the end of a movie set inside a Canadian Hotel and I can't remember the name.

One man is left trying to escape a slew of zombies (actually they look like normal people - just deranged, so zombie may not be the correct term).

There's a scene at the end where some of these freaks are swimming in the hotel pool. The man finds an open door and makes it outside only to find a swarm of them outside as well.

The movie ends with the man re-entering the hotel, getting thrown in the pool, ravaged and then becoming one of them. The last scene has carloads of these 'zombies' driving out of the parking garage.
