Zombies in Hospitals

Zombie Master,

I have been watching zombie movies since I was in elementary school. These early memories of zombie movies from the 80's have motivated me to try and see all the movies of the genre. There is however one movie that I have fond memories of but I can't seem to find it. The scenes that I remember in the movie involve people fleeing from zombies while in a hospital. I have tracked down all of the other movies that I had a vague recollection of like Return of the Living Dead/ Part 2, so I ask you and your wisdom to help obtain closure in my horror memories.

It gives be a twisted feeling of hope to hear that, not only have you been a zombie fan since elementary school (that is grades K-5 people), but you have set out on the most daunting of tasks to view all of the films in the genre. A very commendable task indeed and one that I hope I can be of assistance in accomplishing.

To the issue at hand, the first movies that pop into my head are, of course, Re-Animator , which takes place in a university hospital, and Zombi II (Zombie)which has a great scene in a make-shift lab/hospital room.

Assuming that you may also have thought of these films, I was also reminded of an obscure little gem from the late 80's entitled Zombie Death House which took place in a prison but had many scenes in the infirmary.

I sincerely hope that this helps you in your quest, and in the mean time I will be scouring my library for other possibilities.
