Zombies/Vampires Disappear When Hero Finds Sports Jacket on Gravestone

There is an 80's horror movie that I am trying to find about a bunch of teens that are having a party, and everyone keeps getting bitten by zombies/vampires.

In the end, the hero is in a graveyard with a sports jacket that was left for him on top of a grave, and all of the zombies/vampires have disappeared.
